Shipping & Delivery Information

Orders placed Monday - Friday, usually will ship the next 1-5 Business Days. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next available business day. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items being ordered, the zip code of the shipping address and the weight of the order. You can determine the shipping cost for any order before checking out by using the shipping calculator located on the shopping cart page. Simple enter the zip code where the order will be shipped and the cart will update to show you the exact cost to ship your order based on the service level selected. Note that some items that are over-sized or require special shipment will be calculated after order is placed, but we will get your approval of final order price with shipping before we process.

Shipping Options Available

We currently ship all orders via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. The shipping services that we offer include:

* UPS 2nd Day Air
* UPS Next Day Air
* USPS Priority Mail

We make every effort to ship all orders for in stock items placed by 12:00 Noon PST Monday - Friday that same day. Orders may take 1-5 business days to process. Delivery time frames will depend on the service level offered.

* USPS Priority Mail* - 2-3 Business Days
* UPS Ground - 1-5 Business Days depending on your ship to location
* UPS 2nd Day Air - End of second business day
* UPS Next Day Air - End of next business day

NOTE: Some orders may not be eligble for shipping via USPS Priority Mail. If your order is eligible for shipping via Priority Mail this option will be presented to you at the time of checkout or in your shopping cart.

Guarantees

Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee our items to be free from defects. Should a product be defective we will replace it within 30 days of purchase. If replacement is unavailable we will refund purchase price and pay for return shipping via UPS.

Return Policy

Disposable Respirators
Due to hygienic considerations, disposable respirators are non-returnable. If you need help selecting the proper disposable respirator for your needs, please feel free to contact our customer service team at customerservice@labsafetydeals.com.

Reusable Respirators, Filters & Cartridges
Unopened reusable respirators, filters and cartridges may be return for a full refund or exchange. Please follow the return instructions below.

Return Instructions
To return your order please contact our Lab Safety Deals Customer Service Team by e-mail at customerservice@labsafetydeals.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please note that all returns must have an RA# and will otherwise be rejected. All returns are subject to inspection.

Due to the nature of our items, we can not accept any used or opened merchandise. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

A credit will appear for the cost of the items minus any original shipping fees after we have received and processed your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been received by our processing department. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Carrier Changes

Lab Safety Deals reserves the right to change the shipping carrier selected by the customer for ground delivery service. In the event of a change, you will be notified in advance.
